Heavenly Father,
We come before You today not with polished words or tidy hearts — but honestly, and sometimes barely holding on. Some of us are in a hard season right now. A season that has stretched longer than we anticipated, cost more than we expected, and left us more weary than we would like to admit. We do not come with all the answers today, Lord. We simply come — because You are the only One who truly understands the weight we are carrying, and the only One with the power to carry it with us.
Your Word does not offer us a faith that sidesteps suffering — it offers us a God who enters it. "He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain" (Isaiah 53:3). Jesus knows what it is to grieve, to be betrayed, to feel forsaken. We do not bring our hard seasons to a distant and unmoved God — we bring them to One who has walked through darkness Himself and emerged victorious on the other side.
Father, speak tenderly to every heart that is struggling today. To the one who has been praying the same prayer for months with no answer in sight — remind them that You are not silent, You are at work. To the one whose grief is still raw — remind them that "the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). To the one who is exhausted and running on empty — remind them of Your promise: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). You see every one of them, Lord. Not one has been overlooked.
