1. When will my order arrive?
Your order will ship between 4-10 business days after you place your order. If you order during a sale, expect more of an 8-10 day ship time. We try to ship all orders as quickly as we can.
If you need something fast, please order from our Quick Ship section- all items ship within 3 business days! Make sure you choose the quickship color option and priority mail!
Once your order is processed, we ship from Missouri, your choice of standard (3-6 days) or priority mail (1-3 days) at checkout.
International orders are taking between 6-8 weeks to be delivery due to COVID-19.
2. How do your sizes run?
There are size charts in each product listing- please measure a shirt that you like the fit of and compare those measurements to the size chart. (and measure your shirt on a flat surface). Do this once, and keep your measurements- those will help you find the right size in all our styles.
It's important to check the size chart so that your shirt fits perfectly- these shirts might fit differently than the ones you normally wear. (Please keep in mind that shirts can vary up to a 1/2" of an inch from the size chart and design placement might vary up to 1/4" inch.)
3. How much is shipping?
FREE over $75! (Standard shipping under $75 varies by item, but is approx. $4.99, and free on orders over $75)
Standard takes about 3-6 business days (this does not include processing time), and we send tracking information to you so you can follow your order right to your door.
Priority Mail is also available at checkout, and that typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive.
Carriers are currently experiencing delays due to Covid-19, but we are shipping as quickly as we can to help make up for some of those delays.
4. Where are your shirts manufactured?
At EllyandGrace, we love supporting our fellow US businesses and amazing workers as much as possible. All of our shirts are hand printed, packed, and shipped right from our office in Missouri by our own team. We love creating safe and fun jobs for members of our community.
Our products are sourced from a variety of places, but we strive to use USA made products wherever possible, and where we are unable to find a quality USA supplier, we ensure our products are sourced from companies that treat their workers fairly.
Most of our fashion tops, kimonos, cardigans, and other items are made by companies in California with employing US workers. Many of our tee shirts, raglans, hoodies etc are sewn in Nicaragua, Honduras, India, and others but many times they are made with USA materials.

5. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry! We replace all damaged items that have been cared for per our care instructions up to 90 days after the delivery confirmation date. Please send us an email with pictures so we can get the process started for you! Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. I think my package is lost. What do I do?
We are so sorry! The USPS is typically pretty good, but sometimes mistakes happen! If your package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours, usually packages arrive. You can also call your local post office (not the 800 number) and they will be able to help you track it. We do not refund or pay for reshipping costs for international packages.
If your packages is lost in the mail for 14 business days, we will replace the package, but you must let us know within 30 days. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace your package.
We cannot replace packages due to the wrong address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office and your neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, we will require a new address to reship your order.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Because all of our items are handprinted to order, we only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. If you ordered a quickship item and it has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.
8. What is your return/exchange policy?
We know buying online can be difficult! So, we offer returns/exchanges of unworn/unwashed apparel*, as long as the size or color is still in stock, within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.

9. I want to place one order and I want you to ship it to multiple locations. Can you do that?
We do not split orders up to ship them separately. If you would like to send different items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
