A Prayer For The Exhausted

Lord, You see how tired I am—in body, in heart, in spirit. You know the weight I carry, even when I can’t find the words for it.

I come to You not with strength, but with empty hands and a heavy soul. Remind me that I do not have to hold everything together on my own.

When my energy is gone, be my strength.

When my mind is overwhelmed, be my peace.

When my heart feels worn thin, be my comfort.

Teach me to rest in You—not just in stillness, but in trust. Help me to release what is not mine to carry and receive the grace You freely give.

Restore what is weary within me. Renew my hope, one breath at a time.

And let me remember: I am held, I am seen, I am not alone.
