A Prayer About Being Good Stewards Of Our Time

Wise and Eternal God, You are the giver of every day and the keeper of all our moments.
Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom (Psalm 90:12).

Help us to use our time well—not in hurry or fear, but with intention, love, and faithfulness. When we are distracted, refocus our hearts. When we are weary, remind us that our times are in Your hands (Psalm 31:15).

Lord, guide us to make the most of every opportunity (Ephesians 5:15–16), seeking first Your kingdom in how we work, rest, serve, and pray. Free us from wasting the hours You have given us on what does not give life.

Teach us to rest when You call us to rest, to serve when You call us to serve, and to trust You with what we cannot finish today.

May each moment be offered back to You as an act of worship, until our days are complete in Your presence.
