A Prayer About Christian Community

Gracious God, We thank You for calling us into one body in Christ, for Your Word reminds us that we are no longer strangers, but members of God’s household (Ephesians 2:19).

Teach us to love one another deeply, as You have commanded— that we may be one, just as You are one (John 17:21).

Where there is division, bring humility.

Where there is hurt, bring forgiveness.

Where there is weariness, bring renewed strength.

Help us to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), to rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep (Romans 12:15). Make our community a place of Love, truth, and grace.

Fill us with Your Spirit, so that our life together reflects Your love to the world. May we encourage one another, build each other up, and walk faithfully together in hope. We offer our community into Your care, trusting that You are at work among us.
