I know what it's like to be unsure when purchasing from a new place - it's so hard to find businesses to trust. I wanted to give you a little inside look behind the scenes about what to expect from purchase to delivery when shopping with EllyandGrace. Check it out below!

After you browse ellyandgrace.com for your next favorite inspirational items, go to checkout! There, you'll have the option to use express checkout with Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, or Paypal. If that's not what you prefer, we also accept all major credit and debit cards.

Our system will capture your order, so be on the lookout for a confirmation in your email - it might land in your junk folder, so look there, also! Then, the fun begins! 

Our Missouri team finds the correct size and style of your shirt, then it goes to printing!


PRINTED WITH LOVE
After we individually print each shirt, they are carefully and neatly folded and tagged with a care tag.

SHIRTS JUST FOR YOU
We match each individual shirt with the correct packing slip - with hundreds of combinations, you're getting a shirt made just for you!

SENT LIKE A GIFT
Most of our shirts come wrapped in beautiful tissue paper, and all apparel comes with a personal thank you note and free inspirational postcard - because we are so thankful for you!

SHIPPED WITH LOVE
Once your shirt is ready to ship, we send it directly to your door in a cute bag -  from our office in Missouri!

Be on the lookout for shipment confirmation and tracking email. Your order will ship between 4-10 business days after you place your order. If you order during a sale, it can be more like 8-10 days before being shipped. We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
