Meet our Customer Service Team

MEET OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!

Over the next few weeks, we will be highlighting parts of our team. We print and ship all of our shirts from Missouri, AND our customer service team is almost all Missouri based too! (except Tressa - she lives in Illinois!) 

From responding to our facebook comments and running our facebook group to quickly assisting our customers via email and the phone, these ladies do it all!

 

Maddie is our in house customer service team member. She works in our office, helps find new items for our premium collection and also answers the phone! 

She's a PK (Preacher's Kid), the oldest of 5 children, and was recently engaged. She's more of a neutrals gal, you won't ever find her in bright colors and she is a joy to be around! 

Abby is part of our virtual team, but she only lives 4 short hours from our office!

Her morning starts with coffee (and then customers). If you get a response at 5am or 11pm, it's probably from Abby! She LOVES Christmas, and she's always rooting for the KC Chiefs.

She's a mom to three young kiddos- and always on the move!

Ravynn jumps in wherever she can and does a little of everything. She LOVES camping, her two dogs and chocolate covered gummy bears.

She's recently married and is going to nursing school part time, which is no surprise to those who know her- because she's 100% no nonsense and also so compassionate. 

Cheyenne is our community manager- if you're emailing about wanting to model for us had contact with Cheyenne!

Cheyenne is constantly thinking of ways to love on our community, while taking care of her three boys, moving to a different city, and also maintaining parts of our website.



Tressa helps answer many of the comments on our facebook and instagram pages. She's also an active member of our facebook community!

Tressa has been married for 9 years and has three amazing kids. She is also in school full time for Psychology. Her dream is to have an equestrian team of therapy along with her counseling of others!

Brenna can typically be found checking in on emails and answering them when she's not working on new designs, taking care of her daughter, or taking photos.

Brenna started ellyandgrace in 2016 and like Ravynn, loves chocolate covered gummy bears. She LOVES instagram and is always creating IG stories.
