Gift questions

What if it isn’t quite right?

Returns and exchanges come with a free, postage-paid label. Start in our returns portal with the order number and the email address used at checkout, and the label is emailed to you. Clothing needs to be unworn and unwashed, and craft kits unopened.

Will the price show if I ship it straight to them?

No. We never include prices on our packing slips, so you can send a gift straight to the person you’re shopping for.

Can you add a gift note or gift wrap?

Email hello@ellyandgrace.com with your order number before it ships and we’ll include a short gift note. We aren’t able to gift wrap, but shirts are wrapped in tissue paper, which looks lovely on its own.

When should I order for Christmas?

As early as you can. We announce ordering deadlines for guaranteed Christmas arrival in our emails in November and December. If you’re up against a date, shop Quick Ship and choose Priority Mail at checkout, or send a gift card by email.

How does a prepaid Grace Club gift work?

Choose 3, 6 or 12 months, then their size and whether they’d like vibrant or neutral colors. You pay once, and each month they get a brand-new, exclusive tee with inspirational postcards and stickers. Shipping is free.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, from $20 to $150. Gift cards are delivered by email, so they’re never late, and they can be used on anything in the shop.
