Everything is in the box
A 6-inch wooden hoop, fabric with the design already printed on it, every colour of floss the pattern needs, a needle and printed instructions. The only thing you add is a pair of scissors.

The pattern is printed straight onto the fabric in heat-erasable ink. Stitch over the lines, then wave a blow dryer across the hoop and any leftover marks disappear.

This was my first time ever attempting embroidery. I homeschool our 4 kids and was teaching my oldest how to hand sew while also trying to teach myself. The video tutorials are easy to follow and it was so relaxing while also giving my hands a task during an audio book or podcast. Definitely get a kit and try it, you won’t be disappointed!
Phenomenal kits
Our first time trying embroidery. The kit included everything we needed to get started (except scissors). My 12-year-old daughter and I worked on this during our RV trip over Christmas, and it was such a fun activity to do together. Learning the different stitches and knots was super simple and beginner-friendly.

Yes. These kits were designed for people who have never embroidered. Each one includes printed instructions and a QR code to our free video tutorials, which walk you through hooping, threading the needle and every stitch in your design. Most of the reviews on this page are from first-timers.
What comes in an embroidery kit?
A 6-inch wooden hoop, fabric with the design pre-printed in heat-erasable ink, all the embroidery floss the pattern needs, a needle, and printed instructions with a link to the videos. You supply a pair of scissors, and a hot glue gun if you want to finish the back of the hoop.
What is the difference between a kit and a digital pattern?
A kit is the complete project with all the supplies. A digital pattern is the design and stitch guide only, delivered as a PDF by email the moment you order, for stitchers who already have hoops, fabric and floss. You trace the pattern onto your own fabric against a bright window or light box.
