Selah: Pause. Reflect. Praise.

Selah is a Hebrew word - and scholars disagree on what exactly it means.

It's written at the end of Psalms for an "intermission", or to pause. To pause can also mean to reflect, and it's written in the Psalms which are praises to God.

When researching, I thought it was the perfect word to encompass what I want to be doing this year.

Pause - take a break during my day to day.
Reflect - reflect on the goodness of God.
Praise - praise God for who He is and what He has done for us.

Will you join me?

Selah.
