Because all of our items are handprinted to order, we only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.
We currently do not accept exchanges due to tracking issues. If you need a different style, color, or size, please return your original order for a gift card and place a new order.
We know buying online can be difficult! So, we offer store credit/refunds for unworn/unwashed apparel within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date. We cannot accept returns of free gifts with purchase, last chance/sale items/grab bags or phone cases, mugs, and tote bags.

1) Store Credit
Is it the wrong color, style or size? Let us know, and we will send you a store credit for the products you purchased (shipping costs are nonrefundable). We will also send you a free return shipping label. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s) with the tags still on, we will send you your store credit. The deadline to request store credit is 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.
Can’t find something that will work? We will refund payment method for the item(s), minus a $5 restocking fee per item purchased and the cost of return shipping. We will also send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s) with the tags still on, we will send you your refund. The deadline to request a refund is 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.
Please note that last chance/sale items or mystery/bundle packs, gifts with purchase, and candles/wax melts, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange and ship your item back to you. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that we determine to be "friendly fraud," which is purchasing something without the intention of keeping it. We handprint everything to order, and this is an abuse of our return policy.
We want everyone to be able to return the items that do not work for them, but occasionally people abuse this policy, and with thousands of customers around the world, we want to be able to protect the experience for all customers.
