If you Have Time to Worry, You have Time to Pray

I'm a worrier. I worry about what I'm going to post on social media, whether I'll have dinner on the table at the right time, and bigger things- like the future, what we want our lives to look like in 5 years.

I worry about things that I can't do ANYTHING about. My husband is always telling me "well there isn't anything you can do about it, so why are you so upset?"

(and let's be honest- that just makes me more upset- do you feel the same way!?)

It's difficult.

But, friends, our God is bigger than any situation. He's bigger than ANYTHING we are worrying about, from the big stuff to the little stuff. And like this saying says, if we have time to worry, we have time to pray.

So the next time you catch yourself worrying- remember this. And take a breath, remind yourself that God has you in the palm of his hand, relax into his love and just talk to him.
